The final Imagine RIT booth
At the showcase
Bringing the game to its audience.
What I did
I helped prepare and run the multi-station demo area.
I kept an eye on the build, explained the game, and helped visitors move through the available stations.
I watched how children, students, and families approached the game and compared it with what we had seen the year before.
What happened
The build held up through the day, and young visitors once again spent much longer with the game than I expected. It felt like a fitting final Imagine RIT before the August release.
Field notes
Seeing children settle into long play sessions again made the response from 2024 feel less like a one-time surprise.
Returning to the same event gave us a rare point of comparison. The audience was familiar, but the game—and the way we presented it—had grown up.
